Emmanuel “Manny” Stratakis- Our Founder
Manny is a trusted home inspector in Staten Island. With a background in civil engineering and extensive experience in the US Air Force as an Engineering Assistant and Combat Engineer, Manny brings a unique perspective to his work as a home inspector. He has also obtained several licenses and credentials within the home inspection industry, including a New York State Home Inspector License (#16000005996), a New Jersey State Home Inspector License (#24G100237600), an ASHI Certified Inspector designation (#205407), a New York State Pesticide Tech. DEC certification (#T2824624), a New Jersey State Pesticide Applicators License (#63585B) and a Mold Assessor Credential and NYS License (#00548).
