The infrared camera scan allows for a more thorough inspection. It includes inspection of the electrical panel for “Hot Spots” and analysis of concealed interior areas of the dwelling, i.e., exterior windows, finished basement, bathroom plumbing, behind walls, and ceilings below bathrooms. It allows the inspector to check for water/electrical damage they wouldn’t necessarily see with the naked eye. Using drones allows our inspectors to safely access roof areas and associated components from the ground and provide high-quality photos and video of these essential areas.
